Such a complex question. It’s more than one layer. It’s more than ten layers.
Understanding why you feel something is messy and deep and difficult.
It’s why we fail so often. And it’s why we can change and succeed if we dig deep enough and do the work of understanding.
I still don’t fully understand my why’s. And I struggle a lot. Over and over again. I try a different approach but ultimately it doesn’t work because I don’t totally know why I have the responses I do.
I’m committed to figuring it out though. I won’t give up on trying to be better. But I’ve got to peel back the layers and connect the dots before I can get there.
