Tell me something you learned today. Or struggled with. Or couldn’t find a solution to.
You’ve heard me go on an on about mine. It’s a boring broken record.
How do you deal with it all?

Think of the things I’ve achieved at the same time or how far I’ve come. It immediately makes me feel better and helps me not to dwell on the things that I’m frustrated with. When I feel better, I can think better.
Great point. Thanks for sharing!
Struggle: Finding something I truly enjoy doing right here, right now. And finding the time to actually do it. It used to be basketball, then rowing, drawing, playing in the ocean….now what? I’m here (DC) and other than my family (which I adore) I can’t find my “fun” my time thing.
Maria thanks for sharing and I can totally relate. Recently I’ve been taking long walks to need to get in some exercise but also to clear my head. In the summer we took walks as a family and it was a great time to bond spend time together and talk while getting exercise. Is there something simple like this you can incorporate in your daily life. Maybe try defining what you want fun to be?
Good call 🙂 Living in the city, we walk everywhere and go on fun walks in Rock Creek too. Thanks lady!
