It’s as simple as that. No need to boast or brag. Show up. Do the work. And let it speak for itself.
If you have to narrativize everything you do it’s because you’re missing something. The belief and the body of work behind all the claims.
And when you win/succeed be sure not to be an ass and to thank the army of people who supported you along the way. You didn’t do it alone.
And when you lose/ don’t succeed be sure to do the same and appreciate the opportunity you had to do something great.
And lastly just because you win/succeed doesn’t mean you get to forget all the times you got beat and to respect those who were better than you on that day. You’re not the first nor the last in a long line of hard working gritty people.
