There are lots of reasons to stop working with someone or a group or a business. Not meeting slas. Inconsistent processes. Undelivered promises. Miscommunications. General bad experience for everyone especially the customers.
But the number one reason to sever ties or at least to seriously reevaluate continuing the relationship is a lack of respect. If respect isn’t there the uphill climb will only get worse. Respect is the baseline by which successful relationships not only survive but grow and thrive.
If you’ve done everything you can to get the respect you need and deserve and it’s still not there, perhaps it’s time to consider cutting ties and finding someone or something better.
