How do you know when you’ve got it right? When you’re solving a problem for someone else.

How do you know what you want? When you can say it out loud.

How do you know who wants what you have? By having conversations, engaging, showing empathy, and listening for the problem they want solved.

How do you know where to find them? Who’s already paying attention to what you have to say? And who are they talking to? There’s your in.

How do you know you’ve found the thing you need to do? When giddy excitement turns into real action.

How do you know you need to do it? If it scares you. If there is a fear it might not work. But also a fear that it will.

How do you know when the time is right? There’s never a right time. That’s why now is a good choice. A better choice than never.
