My mom used to say that having kids was the greatest accomplishment of her life. I was a young adult when she said this to me. But it wasn’t until I had children of my own that I really understood.
I’ve done some cool things in my life. Pushed my limits and pursued my dreams. But I’ll tell you there is nothing like watching your children grow. Discover themselves. Make breakthroughs. I marvel at them constantly.
They are miraculous little beings and it is a profound gift that I get to be there “other mommy” beside Kady.
I wonder what miracles will happen tomorrow.
