Just when things are going well something happens. You kick yourself and say if I had just done this two minutes earlier none of this would have happened. But you can’t avoid the calamities of life forever. No matter how thoughtful or prepared you may be.
Sometimes all you can do is take a deep breath and let out a long sigh. And with it all the negative energy that isn’t serving you or the situation.
It may feel like one thing after another. But that’s life. Breath in breath out and use your energy for what needs to be done in the here and now instead of wasting it on regret.
