Two things I learned today.
1. Don’t assume people want to help. Or know how to help.
2. Don’t over share
There are assholes everywhere. And they might not even intend to be. But they end up being that way because they don’t know how to communicate. Or make assumptions. Or don’t know how to help others solve problems.
Or they are actually just jerks.
Learn your lessons. Keep your cards close. Be self-reliant. Mistakes are ok. But you’re the only one who truly cares about you.

It further helps me to accept the reality of what I am in control of, my response to my circumstances and thats pretty much it.
