To just let it go. It feels so bad to be pissed off. To clench your jaw in anger. It builds to a point of frustration but with nowhere to vent it it gets stuck.
But you can just choose to let it go. I’m doing it as I write this. Because I don’t want to be mad. I don’t want to vent. I don’t want to unleash pent up anger on the world or anyone in it.
It’s possible to make yourself feel calm and good and to have a release without punching a wall or screaming or crying. It’s just more subtle. With less rage hangover. It feels good.
It’s possible to do this every time. To creat a habit of releasing the pressure with a simple shift in your mindset. You’re not holding on to anything tangible anyway. Just tension.
It’s possible. Just decide.
