Good things rarely last forever. And when it comes time to say goodbye it hurts. Because we love deeply and fully. And when things change our hearts struggle to adapt.
It’s always alright. We heal and move on. And I wouldn’t change loving someone so much and so hard just to not feel the pain when they leave.
I’m so grateful for the wonderful people I have gotten to love in my life. That they have loved me back. That we’ve shared moments and days and years together. I’m so lucky I’ve been able to love deeply and madly and fully with my whole heart. At the end of the day that’s something I am proud of.
Goodbyes might happen now or in the future but it’s not goodbye to loving. It’s just a change we will get over and our hearts will fill once again.
