You take vows. You commit. You grow your family. It isn’t all a wedding day or a celebration. It isn’t all fun. Or relaxing. Or easy. You don’t often know the way.
But you don’t give up. No matter how hard – you get through. You persevere. You believe.
That belief is the foundation of your love and life together. Of how you treat the ones that matter most. That you dedicate yourself to getting better, growing, never ever giving up.
I am so lucky to have such a beautiful family to dedicate myself to. This past week has reminded me of that. Taught me that it will be so tough but we will get through. And on the other side will be breathtakingly beautiful precious moments that are ours and ours alone.
