Who has time for that? And why make time for it?
Be authentic. Be real. Admit when you’re wrong. Stand up when you are right. Stand up for others when you know it’s right.
It’s not hard for some. And very hard for others.
Isn’t partnership better in the long run? Why burn bridges when you don’t need to? Or do people even think that far ahead?
It’s always better to be kind. I know because I’ve been unkind and even when someone deserved it and it didn’t feel good. And didn’t advance the situation for anyone involved.
At some point you can’t blame leadership or circumstance or lofty goals for the way you behave. It’s on you.
You make time for what matters. Either you’re bs-ing or you’re bringing something genuine to the table.
